On October 1, Quantori hosted the fourth edition of Quantori Connect at MassBio, bringing together industry and academic experts to discuss the role of knowledge graphs and agentic AI in life sciences R&D.

Moderated by Alexander Lukyanov, Vice President, AI, Life Science R&D at Quantori, the roundtable featured three panelists:

• Xun (Sheen) Zhou, Business Partner, Large Molecules, Takeda
• Tom Plasterer, CEO & Co-Founder, Knowledge3
• Doaa Megahed, Scientific Project Manager, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health

The discussion focused on how knowledge graphs can help connect fragmented scientific data, improve the reliability and traceability of AI-generated insights, and support the adoption of agentic workflows in R&D.
